Her work involves advocating for policy changes, creating partnerships, and overseeing projects that promote Indigenous participation in supply chain management.

In her role, Michelle collaborates with Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and other partners to ensure equitable procurement practices. She also leads efforts to build capacity within Indigenous businesses through training, certification, and strategic advisory services.

Rooted in her Gwich’in heritage, Michelle is committed to creating lasting partnerships that support the economic growth and sovereignty of First Nations communities.
